Duties: Performs wide range of Geotechnical Engineering and Materials Testing services. Conduct subsurface soil investigation, geologic investigations, hydrogeologic assessments, foundation investigations, rock stability analysis, rock anchor design, dam investigations & design dam breach analysis, pile/caisson/foundation load tests, slope stability analysis, tunnel design, soil nailing design, value engineering and failure investigations. Duties also include site visits and reconnaissance, proposal preparation, report writing, construction, monitoring and testing, coordination with other engineers and engineering technicians, clients, government agencies, and subcontractors.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Architecture plus 3 years of experience in the related occupation.  Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include 3 years of experience in foundation load test including pile and caisson; rock analysis, rock anchor design and calculating bearing capacity; and conducting soil boring location, utility clearance and material testing.

Performs the full spectrum of organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies. Assist with the preparation of operational and procedural manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Implements management studies to reduce costs and gain efficiency. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in management and accounting or foreign equivalency degree evaluation.

8am – 4pm,
