Job Opening – Part-time Administrative Assistant
This part-time administrative assistant position will require someone who has very good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Sharepoint), is customer service driven, can learn quickly, is a self starter, has organizational skills, can think for their self, is trustworthy and can work in a fast paced environment for various managers. The work duties will involve typing, reviewing, formatting, printing and sending reports, proposals and RFPs to clients, handling work flow with staff, answering phones, etc. Working knowledge of InDesign software is a plus.
